Howard Hughes Concert Ticket Giveaway Terms (“Terms”)
Tickets must be claimed in accordance with these Terms and are available on a first come, first served basis only while supplies last. Sponsor is offering up to four (4) free tickets (“Tickets”) per person to see Lyle Lovett in concert at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on October 18, 2024. Approximate retail value of each ticket is up to $250, depending on seat location.
Sponsor: The Woodlands Land Development Company, L.P., 9950 Woodloch Forest Drive, Suite 1100, The Woodlands, TX 77380.
Giveaway Registration Period: Giveaway priority access registration period begins at 4:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, May 8 and ends in August, 2024 when tickets are available to be claimed. (“Giveaway Priority Access Period”). Limit one (1) priority access registration per person/email address.
How to Claim Tickets: During the Giveaway Priority Access Period, visit thewoodlands.com and complete a registration form with all required information. Those who complete the registration form during the Giveaway Priority Access Period will be contacted by Sponsor via email on or around August 2024 when the Tickets are available to be claimed. Follow the link in the notification email to claim up to four (4) Tickets while supplies last. Tickets may be claimed until supplies are exhausted or until October 18, 2024, whichever occurs first. Successfully claimed tickets will be delivered electronically to recipients through the Live Nation platform. Seat location will be determined by the ticketing platform at the time of Ticket claim.
General: As a condition of taking any step to participate, you agree to these Terms. Attempts made by an individual to register or claim Tickets in excess of the limits in these Terms or otherwise in violation of these Terms will be void. Purported registrations that are abandoned, garbled, forged, altered, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegitimate, unintelligible, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not receive a Ticket notification email. Any taxes (federal, state, and local) arising from receipt of the Ticket(s), as well as any expenses incurred to attend the concert are the sole responsibility of Ticket recipients.
Void where prohibited and if participation is not properly completed through legitimate channels. Sponsor is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, incorrect or misdirected notification emails, registrations, activity, submission, or other participation-related materials or if any contact information does not work or is changed, including any notification emails that may be caught in spam filters. Subject to all applicable laws and any questions relating to Ticket claims will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole discretion and its decisions about any related matter will be final and binding.
By registering for the Giveaway, you will be subscribed to receive marketing emails from Sponsor, unless you opt-out at the time of registration. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in each marketing email from Sponsor.
Ticket recipients agree to maintain their behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with concert attendance. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove Ticket recipients from the concert venue at any time if such attendee(s) behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property or the reputation of Sponsor, or otherwise violates the policies of the Sponsor or the concert venue.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, each individual taking steps to participate in the Giveaway agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify each of the Sponsor from and against any liability whatsoever for injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with participating in the Giveaway, including the acceptance, use, misuse, or fulfillment of the Tickets or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from the concert including, without limitation, any injury, damage, loss, death or accident to/of person or property. Sponsor is not responsible for the ticketing platform and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with the Ticket claim process on the ticketing platform, or if concert is cancelled. The limitations set forth in this section will not limit or exclude the Sponsor’s liability for personal injury or tangible property damage caused by the Sponsor, or for the Sponsor’s gross negligence, fraud, or intentional, willful, malicious, or reckless misconduct.
Privacy: By participating, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transmission of your submitted personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of conducting this Giveaway. The personal data collected is subject to applicable data protection laws and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
