The Woodlands Arbor Day Tree Seedling Pickup

Preserving the natural beauty of The Woodlands, one seedling at a time.

Since 1977 we have distributed over 1.5million tree seedlings through our annual Arbor Day event. This year we’ll hand out another 44,000 seedlings to residents of the community, we encourage you all to plant them in your garden or in reserves or forested preserves. We’re excited to have nine varieties on offer this year: Bald Cypress, Laurel Oak, Live Oak, Loblolly Pine, Overcup Oak, River Birch, Sawtooth Oak, Silky Dogwood, and Water Oak.

Enjoy your Saturday visit to the pedestrian-friendly Hughes Landing after you’ve picked up your seedlings with a spot of shopping and lunch on Restaurant Row.
