A. Situated on 3.57 acres of land owned by Howard Hughes near the northwest intersection of Six Pines Drive and Timberloch Place, 1 Riva Row will include 268 luxury residences, including flats, penthouses, and townhomes, complete with an amenity complex adjoining the residential areas together.

A. All units at 1 Riva Row will be for lease.

A. Construction is scheduled to commence late August 2023 and be completed in Q4 of 2025.

Q. What kind of construction impacts should be expected?

Q. What are the day and hours of construction? And will they work on Holidays?

A. Per Section III – 3.1C of The Woodlands Commercial Planning & Design Guidelines, hours of construction for exterior work are limited to 6am-8pm Monday through Friday and 8am-8pm on weekends and holidays.
