Giving Machines will be at Hughes Landing, Wednesday December 18 – Sunday, December 29

Giving to others who are in need just got easier! The Light The World Giving Machine will come to The Woodlands at the Hughes Landing Band Shell at 1900 Hughes Landing Blvd. Wednesday, December 18 through Sunday, December 29 with free, festive activities each day to help promote it.

What is a Giving Machine? Like a vending machine, a Giving Machine offers items you can buy to support both local and global charities. Simply choose one or more items you wish to donate, swipe your credit card or use a mobile payment, and feel your heart warm knowing 100 percent of each donation goes directly to the chosen charity.

So many people need the simplest things that we often take for granted, such as a pair of school shoes, an eye exam, hot meals for an emergency shelter, and more.

The charity partners for the Light The World Giving Machine in The Woodlands include Interfaith of The Woodlands, CWS Church World Service, Save The Children, Sleep In Heavenly Peace, Sole Mission, Target Hunger, and TOMAGWA Healthcare Ministries.
