Howard Hughes has signed an expansion agreement with Altitude Energy Partners, along with two new leases—FastGrid and Patten Title—at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower and Hughes Landing in The Woodlands. The leases, representing businesses across three distinct industries, will collectively occupy more than 20,000 square feet of premium office space, offering access to world-class amenities with urban walkability.

Altitude Energy Partners, a subsidiary of ACT Energy Technologies,has expanded its corporate headquarters presence in The Woodlands by relocating to a larger suite in 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower. The directional drilling services firm now occupies 10,894 square feet in the Class-A office building. Jillian Fredricks, Norm Munoz and Bob Parsley, all with Colliers, represented Altitude Energy Partners in the transaction. Scott Fikes and Jack Russo of JLL represented Howard Hughes.
FastGrid, a leader in the solar energy, battery storage, and greater renewable energy industry, is bringing its decades of experience in traditional and renewable power generation to The Woodlands, leasing 6,622 square feet at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower. This marks the Arizona-based company’s second office location. FastGrid represented themselves in the transaction while Scott Fikes and Jack Russo of JLL represented Howard Hughes.
Patten Title, a Texas-based title insurance company, is expanding its presence in the state with a new 3,186-square-foot location at Three Hughes Landing. The company, which offers a range of services including residential, commercial, investor, builder, refinance, and home equity closings, aims to bring a fresh, innovative approach to enhance the client experience in The Woodlands. Patten Title was represented by Weldon Martin, Managing Director with Stream Realty, while Scott Fikes and Jack Russo of JLL represented Howard Hughes.
