For the fourth consecutive year, The Woodlands has earned several prestigious rankings by Niche. The Woodlands has been named the “#1 Best Community to Buy a House in America” for the second year in a row in the 2024 “Best Places” national survey of 228 cities by Niche.

Additionally, The Woodlands has been named as the:

The Woodlands also achieved an overall grade of A+ by Niche in this year’s survey for qualities that included family-friendly, public schools, jobs, housing, outdoor activities, health and fitness, diversity, crime and safety, weather, nightlife, commute and cost of living.

As one of the most acclaimed master planned communities in the country, The Woodlands has consistently been included in the top ten rankings by Niche on its annual list of the best places to live, buy a home, raise a family, retire and best public education.
