The Howard Hughes Corporation announced the signing of 133,948 square feet of office space at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower in The Woodlands, reflecting the ongoing demand for office space in The Woodlands. The iconic office tower, one of two buildings comprising The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway, is welcoming new tenants Kodiak Gas Services, LLC, Kraton Corporation, and US Oncology, Inc., as well as an expansion by Western Midstream Partners, LP, with new leases spanning five full floors of the tower as companies continue to be drawn to The Woodlands’ business-friendly environment with low taxes, world-class amenities, open space and urban walkability.

Kodiak Gas Services, LLC, a leading operator of contract compression infrastructure in the United States, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Montgomery, Texas to The Woodlands. The company has leased two floors of the Tower, totaling 53,060 square feet.

Kraton Corporation, a leading global sustainable producer of specialty polymers and high-value biobased performance products derived from renewable resources, is relocating from North Houston and will occupy one full floor with 27,179 square feet.

US Oncology, Inc. has leased one full floor with 26,530 square feet. The company empowers the delivery of advanced integrated cancer care through its network of independent physicians who share expertise and resources to provide quality, value-based care close to home. The company is relocating its offices from 10101 Woodloch Forest Drive in The Woodlands.

Western Midstream Partners, LP acquires, owns, develops, and operates midstream energy assets and has leased an additional full floor with 27,179 square feet for a total of 133,960 square feet of office space within 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower.
