Howard Hughes Continues to Accommodate Office Needs for Growing Companies in The Woodlands® 

Oil and gas services provider,  White Fleet Abandonment, LLC,  an affiliate of Arena Energy, LLC, has leased an entire floor at 2107 Research Forest Drive, a Class A building situated in Lake Front North at Hughes Landing® in The Woodlands®. At 25,810 square feet, the lease represents a significant expansion for White Fleet Abandonment.

Established in 2020, White Fleet Abandonment, LLC is a group of companies which serve as oil and gas operators, providing operational expertise and access to critical assets on the Gulf of Mexico Shelf for drilling, completion, and abandonment jobs. Within its Lake Front North office, partners of White Fleet Abandonment, LLC include GOM Shelf, LLC, and newcomer, Commodore Offshore Operating, LLC, which will bring approximately 50 jobs to The Woodlands.
