The Brookwood Holiday Store presented by The Brookwood Community, a non-profit educational, residential and entrepreneurial organization for adults with disabilities, has been provided an April extension of its popular retail space in Hughes Landing® and will remain open in The Woodlands through the end of April 2022.
Selling a variety of crafts and gifts, Brookwood offers shoppers an opportunity to purchase beautifully handcrafted housewares, jewelry, food items and various souvenirs, with many items made by the Brookwood citizens. Sale proceeds help support the organization’s various residential, medical, educational and recreational programs and initiatives.
“Over the last two holiday seasons, The Brookwood Holiday Store has been a popular addition to Hughes Landing, and we are delighted that they will once again extend their stay through the end of April,” said Jim Carman, President, Houston Region for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “We encourage The Woodlands community to come back and shop at this engaging pop-up that provides such vital support for Brookwood’s entrepreneurial and residential community.”
The Howard Hughes Corporation donates and volunteers annually to over 180 causes of local non-profit organizations in the Greater Houston area through HHCares, the company’s portfolio-wide social responsibility program.
The Brookwood Holiday Store is located at 1950 Hughes Landing in Suite 200 on the ground retail level of One Lakes Edge multifamily community, adjacent to Whole Foods® Market in The Woodlands, and is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
