Fortune 500 Energy Company Leases over 100,000 Square Feet in Hughes Landing®
The Howard Hughes Corporation announced today that Entergy, a Fortune 500 energy company, is expanding its office footprint in The Woodlands®, leasing over 100,000 square feet at Hughes Landing®—the 79-acre, walkable mixed-use urban center on Lake Woodlands.
An integrated energy company engaged primarily in electric power production and retail distribution operations, Entergy’s 53,604-square-foot expansion is designed to meet the company’s growing needs and provide a central home of operations for its more than 650 employees in The Woodlands. Entergy will occupy 107,614 square feet of office within the Lake Front North campus in Hughes Landing.

Lake Front North is a campus comprised of two Class A office buildings situated on almost 13 acres on Lake Woodlands, offering multi-tenant leasing and build-to-suit opportunities in a lakefront setting highlighted by a serene waterfront park.
