The popular, free concert series “Rock the Row” is back this summer in Hughes Landing in The Woodlands on Thursday evenings, beginning June 17 through August 12 from 7 to 9 pm.

Hosted by The Howard Hughes Corporation and The Woodlands Township, Rock the Row features live jamming music by local and regional bands playing a variety of favorites at the Hughes Landing Band Shell. Happy hours and specials are offered along Restaurant Row with scenic views of Lake Woodlands in Hughes Landing.

The summer series lineup of music from various genres includes:

  • June 17– Bourbon Street (Variety)
  • June 24– Honky Tonk Revivalists (Country)
  • July 1– Nick and the Hits (Variety)
  • July 8 – A Sure Thing (Variety)
  • July 15 – Selfless Lovers (Variety)
  • July 22 – Joiful Entertainment (Variety/Modern)
  • July 29 – DVS MYNDZ (Variety)
  • August 5 – TBA Music (Variety)
  • August 12 – Big E and the Lowdown (Classic Rock/Down-Home Blues)

 

“Live music will once again fill the air at Hughes Landing as we excitedly return the popular Rock the Row kicking off with a summer series,” said Rachel Shead, Manager, National Tenant Services with Howard Hughes. “Hughes Landing offers the perfect open-air, walkable setting to enjoy an outdoor concert with friends, family, and neighbors with beautiful views of Lake Woodlands. The variety of music by local and regional bands offers something for everyone to enjoy.”

The Hughes Landing Band Shell is located at 1519 Hughes Landing Boulevard in The Woodlands. Hughes Landing is an award-winning, 79-acre mixed-use development, bordering 200-acre Lake Woodlands.

Don’t forget to bring picnic baskets, blankets and lawn chairs (glass is not permitted). Those planning to attend the concerts should practice social distancing as we continue to follow the guidelines established by the CDC.
