Kiddie Academy, an Educational Child Care Center, to Open South of Creekside Park® The Residences
NEW EDUCATIONAL CHILD CARE
The Howard Hughes Corporation announces that a new educational child care facility, Kiddie Academy® of Creekside at The Woodlands, will be constructed on approximately 1.5 acres in Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands. Kiddie Academy will be located on Creekside Forest Drive, south of Creekside Park The Residences, an award-winning multifamily development.
Kiddie Academy provides programs for children from six weeks to 12 years of age. Healthcare essentials and Life Essentials®, a tool for helping students succeed in school and life, are offered as part of the curriculum.

Kiddie Academy will benefit families within the neighborhoods and employees working in the village center by providing early learning services to the community,” said Jim Carman, President – Houston Region for Howard Hughes. “A childhood educational center was originally planned for this walkable mixed-use village, and we are pleased to complete this vision with a quality partner.”
Marta Csizi and Tamas Praczko are the co-owners and operators of Kiddie Academy of Creekside at The Woodlands. Architecture for the approximately 10,000-square-foot, one-story educational facility will be customized to match the Craftsman style of the village. Kiddie Academy will manage the construction process and follow the landscaping and forest preserve requirements of The Woodlands, including installation of landscaped areas, vegetation buffers, plantings and sidewalks along the roadways.
Construction will begin on Monday, April 26 with completion slated for the fourth quarter of 2021.
