Waffles and yoga are coming to Creekside Park West, the new 70,000-square-foot retail component in Creekside Park Village Center. YogaSix and Press Waffle Co. are the newest tenants joining dine-in theater, Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, and the recently announced Baja Sur Fresh-Mex and Tequila Bar in Creekside Park West.
YogaSix, a new sensory yoga experience studio, will offer a variety of classes, from strength and agility to flexibility and balance. YogaSix has 42 studios across the US. The Woodlands location is the first for franchisee owners David and Melissa Reitz and the second in the Greater Houston area.
“Having recently retired, I wanted to embark upon a second career with a focus on holistic wellness,” explains David Reitz. “Given that I believe the world would be a better place with more yoga, I discovered the YogaSix studio is the perfect fit for me as it serves the essence of the mind, body and spirit. I chose The Woodlands for its abundant fitness and wellness social scene. Our classes are welcoming to all and target something for everyone – from hot and powerful to slow and mindful.”
The studio will offer cushioned floors, great sound technology, essential oil scents and colorful accent lighting that change throughout each class, enhancing the multi-sensory yoga experience.
Press Waffle Co. serves up hand-crafted, delicious waffles made from dough – not batter – resulting in a crunchy caramelized sugar coating. Coffee and espresso are also served. This location marks Press Waffle Co. franchise’s sixth restaurant – the fourth in Texas. The Woodlands location, owned by husband and wife John and Tylor Kirby, will be the only Press Waffle Co. location in the Greater Houston area.
