She is a pet industry veteran having worked as a manufacturer and distributor representative for Wellpet (Wellness/Old Mother Hubbard/ Holistic Select), Bark to Basics and Animal Supply, and proud pet parent to 3 loving dogs.
Ross’ bright and cheery store offers an incredible curated collection of luxury collars, leashes and pet feeding accessories. You can also find raw and freeze dried products, high-quality toy line items and a bevy of baked goods cooked with human-grade ingredients.

This popular pink palace for pets is known for its family friendly Dog Self Wash, allowing pet parents and pet siblings to wash their dog in a thoughtful washing station. Everything is provided…you just bring your dirty dog! For regular Dog Self Washers, Woof Gang offers membership to the Dirty Dog Club.
For dog and cat owners who want to leave the bathing and styling to the professionals, Woof Gang has its own Spa Style Grooming Salon inside the shop. They also offer non anesthetic teeth cleaning every 6 weeks by professional Vet Techs.
More than a store, Ross has created a pet lovers’ community with her original and fun customer programming. Upcoming events include: The Pinot, Palette and Pet Portrait Event where a local artist will guide participants to paint their pet while enjoying wine and appetizers; the ever-growing monthly Pack Walk where customers meet-up at local parks and take a 2-mile walk together with their beloved dogs; and/or simply socializing in and outside the store with your dog or cat while visiting Creekside Park Village Green with your four-legged friends.
