The New Residences Follows the Success of the Award-Winning Creekside Park The Residences

The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC), has announced plans to begin construction on a new multifamily residential project in Creekside Park® Village Center in The Woodlands®. This is the second multifamily development in The Woodlands Village of Creekside Park. The first multifamily development by The Howard Hughes Corporation, Creekside Park The Residences, was recently named “New Development of the Year” by the Houston Apartment Association.

The new multifamily residences will be located at 8440 Creekside Green Drive, at the northeast intersection of Creekside Green Drive and Kuykendahl Road. To enhance the historical pasture site, The Howard Hughes Corporation will plant hundreds of trees in order to create new forest preserves along the perimeter of the site.

Comprised of six buildings, the 360-unit luxury community will be located at the entrance of Creekside Park Village Center with an expanded forest preserve along Kuykendahl Road. The residential buildings are all four story urban designs with elevators. Ground level apartments will include private, fenced yards.

The addition of these residences will continue to fulfill the demand of young families, empty nesters and active adults who wish to reside close to their families in The Woodlands.”

The apartments will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with sizes from approximately 600 to 1,400 square feet. The units will include quartz countertops, simulated wood flooring, stainless appliances, walk-in closets, nine-foot ceilings, smart thermostats and a washer and dryer in every home.

Private attached garages are available in all buildings. In addition, ample covered parking is being provided for residents. Covered walkways and loading zones are provided at each building for deliveries and ride share access.

The clubhouse will be home to an extra-large fitness center and a flex space, fitness room for yoga, and spin and barre activities. The clubhouse was designed by Studio Red Architects, who are known for their inventive designs in the public space sector. It will reflect a modern take on a Texas breezeway structure with a fireside back porch.

Amenities at the clubhouse include a resort-style swimming pool and cabana with a resident wet bar and fireplace. A dog park and ample grilling areas will be provided.

Other amenities will include electric vehicle charging stations, 24-hour package delivery room, coffee bar and coffee lounge with a double-sided fire place, an outdoor fire pit with lounge seating and pedestrian access points to community sidewalks as well as easy access to Creekside Park H-E-B, shopping, dining and entertainment at the future theatre in Creekside Park West, and community outings at Creekside Park Village Green.

In addition, the new apartment residences are conveniently located near Timber Creek Elementary, Creekside Park Junior High School and Primrose School of The Woodlands at Creekside Park. Within view of the project is Lake Paloma, which offers outdoor recreation and jogging paths.
