With High-Quality Schools and Award-Winning Park, Village of Creekside Park Remains in Demand

Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison are building residences in two of the newest neighborhoods in the Village of Creekside Park in The Woodlands. With energy-efficiency at the core of their latest designs, Darling Homes is building new single-family and patio homes in the enclave of Smooth Stream, while Taylor Morrison presents its new single-family residences in Shumard Oak.

Darling Homes offers luxury patio living in Smooth Stream with homes priced from the $590,000s. Taylor Morrison presents its Villa Series in Shumard Oak which will include one- and two story-homes, ranging from 2,238 to 2,952 square feet priced from the $330,000s. Large common areas and secluded master suites are features within these three- to four-bedroom homes.

Both Smooth Stream and Shumard Oak feature a neighborhood park with a pond.
