Around Town — In Conversation with Rich Nieto

Every month we meet people who live or work in The Woodlands as they answer our Around Town questionnaire.

Meet Alden Bridge Villager Rich Nieto, 48, a Sergeant with the Houston Police Department, husband and father of 2 children, on a morning a run with his daughter Nakeli and their dog in Alden Bridge Park, and on another day enjoying a nature stop at Lake Harrison in the Village of Grogan’s Mill:

When and from where did you move to The Woodlands?
1979 (I was in 4th grade) from Houston with my parents. I never left. I love it here.

Something not everyone knows about you?
I was on a local news television recurring segment called “Wheel of Justice” a few years ago. Fun!
